Our Family
Meet the C&C Experience Family
C&C Experience is owned by Camil Coteat and her husband, Brandon Coteat. Our love for food and hospitality runs deep — Camil grew up in the restaurant industry, watching her mother, Thelma, manage Shoney's for more than 20 years and her father own and operate Magic City Fish & Wings for over 25 years.
That same dedication inspired Camil to cook for family, friends, and coworkers, which led to launching C&C Experience in August 2022. The name C&C stands for Coteat and Cowan — Camil, Brandon, Mom Thelma, and brother JT. Alongside our catering, we run Momma T's Lemonade, a family-owned lemonade business operated by Thelma, who also creates many of our signature desserts.
Our mission is simple: exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and an unforgettable experience for every guest.
